The Hillside Foundation

The Hillside Foundation provides financial and educational benefits to residents of Hillside and low-income citizens in the local community. From financial aid to residents in retirement communities such as Hillside, to scholarships grants for nursing students and Hillside team members, the purpose of the Foundation is to build a stronger community by making a difference in the lives of people right here in our own neighborhood.

Providing Community Benefits—
To fulfill its purpose, the Foundation provides support to the following:

• Residents at continuing care retirement communities who are facing financial difficulties
• Scholarships for Hillside employees seeking to further their education
• The Hillside Foundation Nursing Scholarship Fund at Chemeketa Community College
• Scholarships for nursing students at George Fox University and Linfield University
• Elderly cancer patients served by the Willamette Valley Cancer Foundation
• Financial assistance to the elderly in financial need through Yamhill County Action Partnership and the Give-a-Little Foundation
• Educational classes for seniors including The Adventures in Learning Program at Hillside Retirement Community
