Minimum GPA: 3.0
Minimum Credits per term: 12
Specific Criteria: Student must reside in Marion or Polk county.
Preference: First generation students who are also bilingual in Spanish.
Program Requirements: Dental Assisting certificate or degree.

This scholarship was established by a gift from Ana Castilla, DDS, MS, PC. Dr. Castilla founded Castilla Orthodontics in 2013 and since then has, along with her amazing team, created thousands of beautiful smiles in the Salem area community.
