Live Your Dream: Education and Training Award

Soroptimist International of McMinnville provides monetary awards to women who:

• are working to improve their lives by pursuing additional education or vocational skills training,
• have primary financial responsibility for themselves and their dependents,
• are motivated to succeed,
• have financial need, and
• are enrolled in or have been accepted to a vocational/skills training program or an undergraduate degree program

​The Live Your Dream: Education and Training Award can be used by recipients to offset costs associated with their efforts to attain higher education, skills, or vocational training. Our Club’s award recipients advance to the Soroptimist Northwestern Regional Level where they could receive additional award dollars.

Please note: applications are accepted and screened for the local chapter from mid-January to mid-March each year. The national application level, if the local level is granted, is August 1 through November 11.
