Specific Criteria: Student must be a member of Chemeketa’s Women’s basketball, and has completed a minimum of 36 credit hours and graduated from a high school in Oregon.
Program Requirements: Any certificate or degree program.

Established in the honor of Dennis Melcher, a Chemeketa women’s basketball coach for 20 years.
