Minimum GPA: 2.5
Minimum Credits per term: 6
Preference: First generation students; bilingual in Spanish or other language, and/or those pursuing a degree in Education in no particular order.
Program Requirements: Pursuing a certificate or degree program, including a transfer or bachelor degree through Chemeketa.

This endowed fund is established initially by a gift from Chemeketa Community College President Jessica Howard in memory of her grandmother Hazel Oonah Park Evans who was an educator.
