Preference: First-generation college students
Program Requirements: Any certificate or degree program.

Established by the estate of Merlyn and Elizabeth Javens.They both were strong advocates for equal rights and cared deeply about contributing to organizations that support them.Their hope is the recipient will improve their education and give back to their own community.
