Specific Criteria: Student must be a recent Silverton HS graduate (within 5 years) and demonstrate positive work experience.
Program Requirements: Any certificate or degree program.

Established by Lee Jepsen in memory of his son, Kirk Jepsen, a Chemeketa student, who was killed in an auto accident during the summer of 1980.
