Minimum GPA: 3.0
Minimum Credits per term: 12
Specific Criteria: Must demonstrate leadership experience or volunteer experience either on campus or in the community.
Preference: Preference to students who have dependent children under age 12 requiring childcare. Preference to students who have had to overcome barriers to their education, may face barriers in their chosen field, or are underrepresented in their field of study.
Program Requirements: Any associate degree.

Established by Chemeketa staff and the community in honor of former President Gretchen Schuette’s leadership at the college and in the community when she retired, supporting students with exemplary leadership traits.
