Specific Criteria: Reside in Yamhill County or have graduated from a Yamhill County high school.
Program Requirements: Emergency Medical Services, Fire Science or Nursing certificate or degree.
Preference: Students planning to join a local entity after graduation to benefit the healthcare needs within the Yamhill County.

Established by a gift made to Oregon Community Foundation (OCF) from an anonymous donor and supported by several community members in memory of McMinnville Fire Chief Jerry Smith.
