Minimum Credits per term: 12
Specific Criteria: Graduate of either North Salem or South Salem High School and demonstrate a commitment to community service through volunteer efforts in local nonprofit organizations.
Program Requirements: Any certificate or degree program.

Established by the Salem Rotary Foundation to encourage graduates of North Salem High School or South Salem High School to continue their education. In 1949, Ernest Duvall received a scholarship from the Rotary Club of Salem to help pay his tuition at Willamette University. Fifty-six years later, Dr. Ernest Duvall continues to provide scholarships for students.
