Martin Bleck (1968-2022) described himself as a self-taught and unknown catering chef. He made a name for himself through the Subterra-A Wine Cellar Restaurant and Rogue Gourmet Catering.
Eligiblity:
- Women pursuing education or training in Hospitality, Culinary, Viticulture, or Oenology
- Ages 17-60 years
- Resident of Yamhill, Washington, Marion, Polk counties

Scholarship winner will be notified after May 15.
Viticulture: the study and practice of cultivating grapevines, usually with the overall goal of producing fruit that is
suitable for some specific end purpose.
*Oenology: the science and study of wine and winemaking. Oenology is distinct from viticulture, which is the science of
the growing, cultivation.
